What websites do you (Ancilla) like to visit besides your own? Ebay-aholic? News junkie? Photo-hobby sites?

I always use the internet to research something perhaps I want to buy, learn about, etc.

I like Ebay. Collecting cameras there. I am still hoping locally that some gems will turn up. I keep thinking that elusive Rolleiflex is going to turn up. So far....notta thing.

I visit all the fetishmodel girl's sites, and a few glamour models. Then the photographer's sites. Newswebsites, Perezhilton, and I try to keep my profile sites updated on Modelmayhem, Deviantart, myspace, facebook (although my pc always crashes on that one), Hyves, twitter, rubberpal, fetlife, bondage and take a peek at the forums on those sites sometimes, and that keeps me busy for longer then I like. Honestly, when I come online I have so much to do and email to answer, and maintaining the website and this forum ofcourse, that I'm not going to shop online for fun. I'm happy to get away from the screen!!

But alltogether I do think the internet has enriched our lives and given us so much more freedom, information and possiblities. I find this a really interesting time and I'm quite happy to have been born at a time that I have experienced life with and without internet and experiencing the changes in technology and how our lives are adapting to it.

I guess I do not make it any easier for you. I have been pretty regular with my posts here. Smile Embarassed

I agree with you that the internet has enriched our lives very much. That is what I love about it. Admittedly a little older than you so I can remember using a rotary , corded phone when there was only one long distance provider in the USA. Deregulation provided opportunities for advancement. We probably would still be in toddler stage of the internet had that not changed.

I used to have the attitude that no matter who was on the other end of my phone I never ignored the ring. I wish that were still true.

I wandered a bit off topic. I see you are in a love/hate relationship with the internet and computer. Now if I could get over my hate for cellular telephones!

You know what's cool about phones these days?

They have an "off"-button Smile

I always liked the BATPHONE. You know the red phone Batman uses to call the police commisioner.

Yep. You can turn the ringer off! But then I might miss your call?! Wink
