No photographers there unfortunatly, because I would have love to have done some fetish in the desert-photos I was going because friends of mine have an appartment there and threw a 1001 night theme-party! Fun times Although I must say it was more an excuse because I've been wanting to go to Dubai for a long time. I've heard so many stories about the place I just had to see it!
And yes, those Michael Helms piccies turned out pretty nice! I can't wait to post the rest of them |

Lipstick? Am I missing something?
There are a lot of expats in Dubai, iow people who are not originally from Dubai but only there for work. I did meet a few original Dubai people and the ones I talked to were very nice and friendly. Best thing for me was their arab popmusic which I like a lot! |

arabian music really tends to mix well with other forms of music. see if you can find some remixes in your spare time.
and willi, that was the most distrubingly disgusting, suggestive thing I've ever heard in my life. Awesome! |

Lipstick .........I might suggest a few things we could do with it. I guess I would save that for the private messages.
Listen, about Dubai and USA. I think foreigners miss out one thing about America. It is engaged in many ways around the world. But the American tendency wants to be isolationist.(impossible) So I can tell you that I don't know alot about Dubai. (many couldn't find it on the map)
If foreigners understood that they might understand us better. America definately wants to mind their own business and experience the world. But they want to come back from a holiday to these places.
Glad you found this place welcoming. And yah , I know that alot of Americans do business with and in Dubai. |
