In the past few days we have been under heavy attack of professional hackers who have tried and in some cases succeeded to steal our member's username and guess their password with password software.
It is possible that you as a paying member are no longer able to log in with your username due to excessive login from multiple locations. In this case you have been asked to request a new password. Unfortunatly we will have to provide you with a new highly secure password, one that is nearly impossible to be hacked. It is also optional but reccomended that you request a new, supersafe username.
We have restored and enhanced security on the website and upgraded security on the servers to prevent this from happening again.
You can request a new username/password (only if you are a paying member ofcourse) by emailing "webmaster at ancillatilia dot com", not through CCbill.
I am very sorry and pissed off by the whole situation and apologise for the inconvenience it may have caused you.
Me, my webmaster and the payment company are doing everything we can to prevent anything like this from happening in the future. |
